lol this is old news, they are now at 0.8 right now, read the posts man.

It's the PCEngine emulator and it was just updated so it's not old news.
CAPS may be unneeded, but the news is not.
I am busy so I didn't translate anything from it yet, but assume it's better for now.

PSPWiki gets the creds for that, along with the author, Kamisama.

Could you PLEASE stop writing in caps.... ? All of your posts were in caps, and not that I am beeing so much picky, but this is kinda annoying. So please learn to disable your caps lock key otherwise I might become agressive.

i would have to dissagree. just because that site is late on there news doesnt mean they are up to date. the website tells the viewers to go to this url http://psp-news.dcemu.co.uk/pspe.htm to download the file. tell me why this file url shows v0.8, and has been sitting there for some time.

because you are talking about PSPE, the psp emulator for windows.

they are talking about PCE, a PC Engine emulator for the psp.

two different emulators.
