Hi, I want to change the commentary of Winning Eleven 2008. (now is Japanese Commentary).

Can anyone tell me how to do?

I want to compile and run on PS2 (not on PC).
Also, I am a Windows XP user, not Linux.

How can I extract all coding and sound file from PS2 copy?
