Within you'll find detailed information on how to program Cell in a variety of manners and for a variety of projects. From your own compilers and debuggers to full blown applications and libraries or drivers.

The handbook goes into deep detail about the internal workings of the Cell processor, and will give you alot more information about what EXACTLY the Cell processor has in its innerds. Especially concerning the innerds of the PPE and SPE's.
