Ask the following question during registration:

"Which of the following do you believe will most closely resemble your first post?

A. Hi, I'm wondering about [HDloader,Warez,Burnz,DLz,Backupz,ZzzZZ].
B. Hi, what's GCC?
C. Hi, having problem with [insert PS2DEV library name here].
D. Please lead me to tubgirl.
"

An answer of A makes the person explode, B emails them with starter info and lets them register, C lets them register, D registers them as an admin.
