|
|
This is a "why" thread.
I was just playing around with the files earlier on. What I did was take boot.bin from the sysdir folder of my wipeout umd dump that i did and rename it to eboot.pbp
Since i have psp 1.5, i use the MS swap trick.
My question is, since that is an elf boot file, i thought that it would actually execute it and load the game from my original sony UMD wipeout. Why doesn't it do so?
It provides me with the following error:
The game could not be started (80020148)
I was exepecting that it would load the boot file from MS and run the game from UMD.
Any thoughts? |

| i have done a lot of practice (:P) on swapping the MS to run homebrew and never had one failure. Pretty positive that it was done properly. |
