could cygwin both handle pspsdk & ps2sdk?

Hi everybody
im new to ps2 & psp homebrew community
i wander if i could setup pspsdk & ps2sdk under the same cygwin
my pspdev environment (under cygwin) has been setup days before.
if i now install the ps2toolchain,will it destory my pspdev environment?

They shouldn't conflict, they install into different directories.
