|
|
Hey all,
Just finished building a fresh copy on LuaPlayer 0.15, but when I try to run it on my PSP thru Fanjita's EBOOT loader i get the following errors:
| Quote: |
Module attribs 00001000 suggest a kernel-mode app
Press X to try anyway, or any other button to cancel
|
Followed by:
| Quote: |
Found suspicious hard path at 089FF9BA
|
Any ideas what I need to do to get it running? My guess is I'm looking for some kernel mode stuff, but I'm unsure what that could be (other than USB/IRDA/WLAN stuff )
Thanks in advance for any help. |

Downgrade the PSP to 1.50.
LUAplayer is for versions 1 or 1.50,
The official site only has those two versions, and never claims that it
works on 2.0.

Thats what I was afraid of, Din't really want to downgrade.... Oh well
I ask because v0.13 works fine - minus USB/WiFi/IRDA (and other kenel mode things). Was wondering if there was some code I could comment out or something.
Otherwise, is it possible to get the 0.13 source? I need to be able to run the app I'm creating on v2.0 PSPs. |

Er, LuaPlayer.org says "If you have a PSP with 2.00 firmware, try this (http://www.fanjita.org/psp.html) EBOOT.PBP Loader, Lua Player included." But yeah, kernel mode stuff doesn't work, and it seems that the fanjita loader version isn't up to date.
All versions of the code are available from subversion. (Uff, we should really have tagged the repos with version numbers whenever we released...) |

Some old versions are in the "old" directory on the server, I've added an index file to it: http://www.luaplayer.org/old/index.html |

thanks for that Shine, and great work I must say.
I figured it had something to do with the kernel mode stuff, but I'm a noob at that atm. :)
Also if what Im trying to do works, I may have a funtion to add to the Project to create directories, as I see htere in no support for this currently. |

PSP hack .9 has come out for the Eboot loader.
Also you might want to check their forum's for help information since generally that is a configuration problem in the ebootloader config file. |
