I HAVE ABOUT 10 PROGAMS / GAMES BUT MY PSP VERSION 1.5 CAN'T READ THEM, IS THERE A WAY I CAN MAKE THEM READ IT OR DOWNGRADE TO 1.0..

PLEASE HELP!

I assume you mean you have 10 programs/games that are not commercial PSP games.

The answer is no for both questions.

There really needs to be a sticky stating that homebrew apps will run only on 1.0 firmware. This is getting tiresome to read the same thing over and over again.

no cant downgrade, and yes you can read them. run the programs through PSPE
