Hey guys, im wondering if any one can give me some file names of good hardware docs for the ps2 i can google for, i was going to get the linux get but it doesnt seem to be available in the u.s. any more and its going for out landish prices on ebay, also i cant seem to find the pdf files that the tutorials mention on mip's web site maybe i am blind i dunno. but any help would be cool thanks

The official PS2 hardware docs can't be legally distributed. We can't provide any direct pointers to any copies that could exist online. Your best bet to legally acquire the docs is to find the Linux Kit on Ebay or elsewhere secondhand. _________________ "He was warned..." |

The mips documentation do exists on mips.com, but better ones can be found, search for 3715.pdf, its made by IDT.. or google for tx79.
that will cover mips and some of the r5900 extensions.
for vu, gs etc you will need the docs that comes with ps2linux. _________________ Kung VU |
