Features:
(+) Create new PBP file.
(+) 'Send to new' to quickly make new archives based on old ones.
(+) Edit files before saving them to a PBP archive.

(+) Extracting all files to selected directory.
(+) Extracting selected file(s) to chosen destination.
(+) Previews of picture files, displaying the main preview pic by default.
(+) Text previews of small files, e.g. SFO files.

(+) Associate PBP files with PBP Unpacker. Double-click PBP files in Explorer to open.

This is really useful for extracting and making PBP archives.
When we can actually get code to run, I'm sure it'll be important to have a nice PBP tool :)

Comments/Suggesions/Bugs wanted, as ever.

*updated to 0.41. 'Extract' folder select dialog now includes a 'Create Folder' button.
