hi everybody who read this post
i am form HK
i would like to pay someone who can develop the following

1. a sofware that can create some extra mission for a psp game( i will let you know which game)

this sofware is only for personal useage.

Making level editing software for games can take years if the game data isn't documented. Most level editors out for games were done by the makers of the games. Throw in the fact that PSP games are usually encrypted and what you ask is not something anyone here would probably be interested in working on.
