HI everyone,
I got a big problem.
I dunno if this is the right place to ask about it but im realllly desperate.
My ps2 cant read anymore cd/dvd so I thought the only way to read games was buying a network adapter and connect it with an harddrive.
The problem is that now I cant format the hd from the ps2 because it cant read the hd loader cd.
let me explain, my question is CAN I format a normal hd for the ps2 directly form the pc ?
then i would plug it in the ps2 and i'd never use my broken lens again!
helppppppppppppppppppppppppppp!
thanx _________________ [ pumpkinguy ] |

1. This is a development site and we do not discuss how to play games without booting the PS2 from a legitimate commercial PS2/PS1 disc.
2. Its kind of moot. Even if you format your HD somewhere else, you must still put in the hdloader disc into the DVD drive every time you turn the system on.
3. This site isn't geared to help with these kinds of questions, you should find find a site geared for people with hardware/software problems.
Good luck in finding a way to fix your broken dvd/laser/thingy.
