im new abou this ps2 dev...
but wanna learn and do some homebrew apps...
so i bought a new ps2 and action replay max evo....
so ican boot homebrew apps like naplink and try the demos...
but my problem is that my ps2 doesnt recognize my umcdr cd that i created on max media creator...and i also tried to making umcdr using cdgen but i have no luck, ps2 doesnt read my cd.....
thats my problem cant boot the cd's what you think my problem is?
im using ps2 v10 and ar max evo to boot homebrew apps.....
hope anyone would help..... :D |

You might want to look at the "loaders" section of the PS2dev website
for alternatives to getting things booted. Also look at Fluke's exploit
made easy if you haven't already. I am not sure if you have done
so already, but if you haven't, these might provide better alternatives
to booting then what you are attempting. |

try using compatability mode 2 toburn.
also you can only read fomr cd in Max Media Player. |

| Also watch how fast you burn the discs. I can't use speeds higher than 16X with my PS2. Some folks claim they can only do 4X with their PS2s, so it varies by machine, CD writer, and brand of CDR you use. |

i also have an old ps2 its version 4 and haves that problem...
booting cd on armax evo....
hope you cna suggest something to me.....
please really need ur help... |

If you're stuck on using ARMAX then get support from them. I don't care what you use, but don't clutter the forums with issues about a product that nobody here uses and is supported elsewhere. _________________ "He was warned..." |
