in PSP ! i can't find the FLASH ROM ! i just know the 32MB DRAM &4MB SRAM! but where the flash rom?

The 32MB chip has 32MB of flash on it as well.

Are you really in that much of a hurry ?

Its located in the same chip as the SDRAM, just a few mm from the cpu.
