Hi,
Has anyone had chance to dump or look into the UMD movie contents.
I'm interested to see what format they are in and then the future possibility of a homebrew application to play MS files at the full resolution on the PSP.

They are PMF files for Ridge Racers.
If you attempt to play them as a Savegame/PBP preview then they are automatically resized.
There is a filesize limit on the preview videos though so they need to be cropped <500KB or so. |

| I'm really talking about the structure and details for stand alone Movie UMD that can be bought, not the movie files contained with games. |

Ripping UMD movies is no different than ripping the contents of DVDs or games. It's against the rules to talk about it here. Also it's nowhere near related to PSP development.
