Kamisama of PSPwiki (author of Famicontest) has released a PCEngine emulator for the PSP.
http://psp.holybell.to/uploader2/upload/PCEP01.zip

I have already completed the English readme, which may be found @ PSPWiki as well:
http://psp.holybell.to/uploader2/upload/readme_e.zip

If your site uses ANY of the English readme, a link must be posted to Emuholic (see the last line of the readme)
Trust me, I have ways of knowing if it's been used... call it "a matter of wording".

Update: Already PSPH's credit stealing and development threatening hands have proved this previously mentioned fact; information posted on their site in the "English readme" could only have been obtained through this proper README file. If there was any more proof needed as to the threat that site displays to the development community, there it is even more clear for all of you

From personal testing, aside from the debug code all over the screen (which is useful since I've had some games not run) and that sound only works in some titles, this is an amazing first release!

Hey, nice work. This is one of my favorite classic systems.

Compatibility needs some work, but the sound is nice in Legendary Axe.

edited: All good, let's community!

On the EMU note, Bonks run at 60fps with sound perfect, Bomberman had sound as well.
Good first release, though button config would be nice.

Credit was given. We really don't want to have a rift in the community. I think we both just rubbed eachother the wrong way at the beginning and it escalated. Let's start over.

Also, if Kamisama has a website i'd like to know it, thanks.

No, You rubbed the developers the wrong way, not the other way around.

v0.2 is uploaded.

Official english Whatsnew, and I am not making this up:

[History]
v0.1 - Initial Release
v0.2 - Nothing major

Kamisama is a nutty programmer :)

Testing shows that "Nothing major" is a complete load of crock! sound is better and it's even faster if that's possible!
Kami's nuts.

We are not going to start a flamewar over software releases. Please cool it and get back on-topic.
