I would appreciate some help. I log in to fugimax, edgadet and few others okay and when I use their links like google, news, etc. it thows me back to my connection screen. I use a linksys G wireless router. Does anyone know what might cause my PSP to do this. I seem to have all my settings correct. Any help will be greatly appreciated. You have a great site here and I have learned a lot. I have my WLAN turned off. Bob

rkintz, I was having many problems with the public portals as well. The solution for me was to install a program called MooPS which has a DNS and Web server built in. Install it on your PC, put your PC's IP address into the DNS setting on the PSP and you good to go.

Full instructions and download link can be found here:

Thank you Liquid Ice. You are really cool!! My psp is doing considerable better. When I dowloaded MOOPS I had to find a .rar zip extractor before I could open Moops. I just searched google and found one. Do you think even with having Moops the larger sites because of all the graphics and time to load them could knock you back to the connection screen? All this psp stuff is pretty exciting. I have spent so much time on my web browser that I haven't had much time to play any games. Frankly, this is more exciting though. Bob

Not dev related. However, check the link above and see if that site also has forums for that kind of thing.
