|
|
Due to certain Limitations within the LUAPlayer engine based on display speed. I will be scrapping Project Glass Eye and be working on a different project. Which will be a simplification of the creation of LUA based projects.
I have labled this project/experiment "Four Fingers"
Some of the Ideas I have decided to begin to put into motion.
Text Entry
Currently there is no real solid way to impliment text in the LUA based engine which I hope to fix by potentially implimenting a standard for text entry as it may be confusing for new people to write text as well as information. I actually hope to emulate several similarities for the PSP to allow for standard users to use text entry as easily as others.
File Browsing/File Saving
As simple as this process has been arround file simplification and standardization in itself needs to be addressed. With lowser and other programs they try to address this but I still find that it is lacking in some area's and I hope to rectify this in some way shape and form.
Are there any other ideas you would like for me to begin creating?
Note: Due to speed issues and simplification I will not use any idea's regarding a mouse/anolog based input. |

Aww.... please dont. That project looks really good. You should just use version .11 like I do... I mean, come on... you had the best OS when it comes to custom windowed applications! :) |

| Unfortuantly the drawing of the windows was setup to draw too slow and there is currently no way of speeding up the drawing. So that when you click or use anything it would cause a substancial lag in the system. (too slow means no upgradeability) |
