At psphacks, they were discussing having a paypal accounted created that would be paid out to the first developer who was able to get unsigned code to run on a 1.5 firmware PSP.
This is all great, but I think that *all* developers deserve some sort of reward for their hard work on the PSP. I think ps2dev should startup a paypal account that can be added to for either development funding/web hosting/ whatever. Some way to show the appreciation regardless.
Anyway, I am just ranting. |

Not sure this is necessary for any reason. So far, everything is done because people are motivated for other reasons. Most folx here already have day jobs and don't need whatever little money could be generated.
Besides, setting up any paypal account for this or any purpose would undoubtedly invite comparison to other, more controversial sites. |

Money = Trouble
People start to feel you owe them something... which in a way, we would. |

And then there are others that you couldn't raise enough money to convince them to release a hack like this. _________________ Shoot Pixels Not People!
