I Have Noting As Of Yet

I Need To Recrute a Team to work on an Emulator Program that simulates a psp

Program Details
VB Bassed Interface with C++ Codeing
Simulate UMD Drive trough CD-Rom Drive
Set Fake USB Support (i need help here)

The program needs to use the PSP Firmware as its OS, Here is why.
I want people to brick my app and not their psp's (This will Help To develope Custom Firmware)
