Updating problem, please help

hi all

i'm facing this problem which is, my brother got me GTA Liberty City Stories on PSP so when i started it, it keeps telling me that it needs updating, so i'm wondering what kind of update do i need? and what are the steps of updating?

thanks and please help coz i'm really addicted to this game :)

This is not really a problem for this page, this page is for people developing software for the PSP.

GTA requires you to run an update to your firmware. This update will take your 1.5 PSP and update it to a 2.0 PSP. This from then on will require different methods for running homebrew software (stuff that you download) and will add a feature of a webbrowser to the PSP.

If you like your homebrew, upgrading isn't advised.
