after installing a "magic V" my fan will not come on. It is not the fan itself, it works on alternate power. Any suggestions on how I can hardwire it to the board. Or does anyone know where I can find schematics?

You're probably better searching google for mod chips sites' installation diagrams, or mod-chip forums.
