I have a Ubuntu with kernel 2.6.23-rc7 on my ps3, can someone post an easy guide for adding rsx support(with required files etc)
Because i searched the threads here and its all a littlebit unclear so that i would be nice to have a good guide:-) |

You should start to read the tread PS3RSX Binary driver support...

Hello, i'm a newbie in linux.
i install psubuntu 7.10 on PS3 40GB patched to fix wifi.
Monitor System :
Ubuntu
Release 7.10
Kernel Linux 2.6.23-rc7-powerpc64-smp-custom
GNOME 2.20.0
Hardware: 214MB
Processor 0 : CellBroadBand Engine, altivec supported
Processor 1 : CellBroadBand Engine, altivec supported
Processor 2 : Unknow Cpu Model

I want to install the pack ps3rsx-1.0-1-2.6.23-rc7 but when i try to install i have the error message : Errot=r : dependency is not satisfiable : linux-cell-image
How can i install this pack. Please. |
