Note: This is for devs who have too much times on their hands and want to help me.

Hello all. I've been working on a Zelda-esque game just for practice (because I am new to the LUA language). I've got everything working fine so far like scrolling maps and animations and such, but now my only problem is optimization. I have a general idea as to how I can fix this but I have finals coming up and I need to study for them.

I know that if you blit in every single loop, the game will slow down and stuff like that. But I have no time to do this right now so I wanted to ask if anybody could optimize the included script before I move on to enemies and collisions.

I have provided everything you need to work the game (included also is the Windows version of Lua Player). If you can help me, thanks. If not, I'll try to do it by myself.

Much will be appreciated and I will include you in the credits or whatever.
