| is there anyway i can connect the ps2 gamepad to pc myself or do i have to settle for the comercially available converters? |

| er, without a converter you're going to find it difficult to find a port on your PC that's the right shape for your gamepad... |

| There are a few sites that detail how to build parallel port adapters for PS1/PS2 joysticks (even the Linux kernel has support for these devices). Search on Google. |

| A while back I bought a PS2->USB adaptor for $5. They're not too expensive if you shop around a bit. |
