They are more on the order of 30-50MB I believe...
It's a shame people have to be dicks like that. And then they wonder why no one wants to bother building and hosting up to date toolchains for them so they don't have to do the little bit of work to build their own. _________________ Shoot Pixels Not People!

| Maybe setup a Sourceforge project, then you can provide it as a "file release" for download, which is mirrored all over the world on fast central ISP servers. |

Greetings.
I can set up some hosting if you need it Oopo.
I have over 1GB free and 250GB/month, and I don't really use the webspace all that much outside of a signature pic and a few music files...
I really was going to get into PSP dev using this tutorial
http://www.psp-programming.com/tutorials/c/lesson01.htm
But I guess that won't be happening anytime soon :P
or is there any way I can donate something else. Sucks that if I had downloaded this just a few days ago, I'd prolly be on the last few pages of the tut :( _________________ Cheers. |

oopo, you're always free to put all your files on ps2dev.org. The site has unlimited downloads. You might have a problem uploading full toolchains as uploading is done using http method. Actually, I've always wondered why you haven't done this before?

| I've been meaning to talk to you about that, actually. I've been reaching closer and closer to my limit lately. This month really stung me as the usage was about 20x higher than normal for some unknown reason and I almost ended up with a rather large overage bill. |

Decentralization is both a curse and a benefit. But there are lots of ps2dev people around who can help out when one person really want to keep stuff available but for circumstances out of control can't do it anymore. |

Hi,
this sucks i was just about to give programmin the psp a try..
Anyways maybe it's an idea to use a p2p network to make the toolchain availible?? bittorrent... or something else?
It should be quite easy to keep a uptodate link on your site for download.
My guess is allot of people are more then willing to help seed this software package...
I hope to see an alternative download way soon so i can go on with my tutorial....
