then compile.

you have to use cygwin (on windows) or linux or something similar, use subversion (command: svn) to download source code of psplink (svn co svn:/svn.pspdev.org/psp/trunk/psplinkusb), then you have to compile it, using 'make'. if you don't understand, what i mean, then i can't help you, sorry. learn how to write a 'hello world' program using - google dot com. (best friend of mine)

Edit: btw, THIS is a psp development forum!
