I am trying to figure out how to decode the PS3 save file so I can transfer games to and from my PC versions of the games I have for the PS3 (specifically at the moment Oblivion.)

Any suggestions?

(Please note I did a search for this subject but it doesn't exist in the search results so if this is a duplicate thread, I apologize.)
