From what some of his buyers are telling me, he's actually selling the programs. I can ask the buyers if they want their email addresses forwarded to any dev who wants to lodge a formal complaint with eBay.

And I wonder if the homebrew authors bothered to contact Midway or Atari about the use of trademarks. |
