Any update on this guys? I can't find ANY information anywhere online with respect to how to get a hold of the libraries or where to find compiling/coding examples using this..

| He probably misunderstood the use of the word "free" in this context.
Normally we tend to associate that with stuff being made freely available at no charge, but in this particular context it has no such implications. Here the word "free" only meant that this development tool is not bound to development only for Sony hardware, nothing else.
It will probably be 'free' in the other sense too for major game developers, as Sony will want them to use it, but they are unlikely to allow any public distribution (unless with a big pricetag).
